Education & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (preferred)
- 1-4 years of relevant experience in CRM management and content creation
- Demonstrated copywriting and content drafting skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to collaborate in a global environment
- Superb attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proactive approach to identifying and effectively resolving potential issues in collaboration with team members
- Strong organizational skills
Work Experience
- Proven experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (prior knowledge of SendGrid is an advantage)
- Experience with basic HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred)
- Prior experience in segmenting and maintaining email lists within CRH platforms
- Prior experience editing email templates in CRM platform
- Experience creating marketing collaterals for e-commerce to enhance the customer experience during the purchase process
- Strong understanding of email marketing and best practices
Languages
- Fluent in English. Spanish and/or French proficiency is a plus
Technology
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g., SendGrid, Salesforce, Tix & Go)
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Power BI, PowerPoint) and online collaboration tools
- Familiarity with Monday.com or similar tools to coordinate tasks and monitor project progress
