Job Title: Manager/SR. Manager of Ticketing and Inside Sales

Job Summary
The Manager/SR. Manager of Ticketing and Inside Sales will establish the foundation for FC Cincinnati’s Inside Sales program and oversee the organization’s new business development team. The primary responsibility will be to recruit, train, and develop a team of entry-level sales associates while maintaining a strong focus on revenue generation. In addition, this role will manage new business development efforts to maximize ticket sales growth across all products. This position will report directly to the VP of Ticket Sales and Premium Hospitality and will play a key role in driving new business while preparing future sales talent for the organization.
