Job Title: Business Analyst Intern

Position Summary
The Business Analytics Department is responsible for analyzing, interpreting, presenting, and communicating data to enhance processes, decision-making, and outcomes for FC Cincinnati. The Business Analytics Intern serves as a foundational member of the department, supporting analytics projects that drive fan insights, improve fan experience, optimize revenue, and inform strategic decisions across ticketing, marketing, partnerships, food & beverage, and retail. This internship provides hands-on experience with real-world sports analytics, data visualization, CRM systems, and business intelligence tools. The intern will work closely with Business Analysts, the Salesforce Admin & Analyst, Consumer Insights Analyst, and the Manager of Business Analytics to develop technical skills while contributing to meaningful projects that impact the organization. This is a part-time, hourly position averaging 24 hours per week during the internship period (typically May through August). College credit may be available if needed.
