Nature of Work:
Denver Summit FC is looking for the best and brightest to join our ticketing team as we climb towards our inaugural season and venture to set new league standards. We are seeking dynamic, forward-thinking individuals to join our mission.

The Service Account Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to season ticket members while also contributing to the organization’s revenue goals. This role combines relationship management with proactive sales outreach and plays a key role in both retention and new business development. This position reports directly to the Service Manager and plays a key role in driving the growth of the organization’s ticketing portfolio.

Examples of work performed:
  • Consistently exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals and sales activity minimum standards.
  • Develop and build strong relationships with defined account base through proactive communication, including seat visits, phone calls, emails, client office visits and other communication – creating personalized experiences for them.
  • Maintain updated information regarding clients in the CRM tool.
  • Renewal of season ticket holder accounts from season to season.
  • Collect referrals from season ticket holders.
  • Up-sell and cross-sell all products including groups and individual suites.
  • Anticipate, respond to, and resolve all complaints, requests, and inquiries in a calm and professional manner, ensuring that each fan interaction results in increased loyalty to the teams.
  • Attend games and events to host season ticket holders and prospective clients, to conduct in-person appointments and to drive upsell opportunities.
  • Fill and execute gameday Fan Experiences.
  • Attend & work community events, if needed.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sports Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 1+ year(s) experience in Ticket Sales, preferably within the sports and entertainment industry
  • Must be able to work evenings, weekends, holidays and extend hours as required 

Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Highly process-driven with the ability to follow established sales workflows and pipeline management practices.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging season ticket holders via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Extremely coachable with an eagerness to learn each day. 
  • Competitive mindset paired with a team-oriented attitude.
  • Highly motivated individual with a strong desire to build a career in the sport business.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:
  • Ability to sit, walk, and stand for long periods of time through the day
  • Lift at least 20 pounds
  • Role routinely uses standard office equipment

Compensation:
  • This role is hourly base compensation of $22/hr - $24/hr + commission and bonuses.
