D.C. United is looking for a driven, goal-oriented sales professional to join our team as an Account Executive, Membership Service. In this role, you'll be responsible for owning and growing a portfolio of Season Ticket Members —not just by delivering standout service, but by driving new business from within.
You’ll proactively identify and close new revenue opportunities through referrals, upgrades, cross-sells, and creative outreach. Whether it’s expanding a current member’s footprint or turning a great experience into a new sale, you’ll be expected to think like a seller every day. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to your clients—someone who understands their goals, anticipates their needs, and turns every interaction into an opportunity to add value.

WHO YOU ARE:
- Minimum of one-year sales experience in F2F selling, outbound sales, entertainment or sports industry preferred.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
- Passionate for customer service and ability to seek new sales opportunities.
- Excellent written and oral communication/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple customer inbound requests.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and time management
- Ability to handle heavy phone volume, both outbound and inbound
- Flexibility to work weekends, nights and holidays as required by schedule of events.
- Experience or working knowledge of Ticketmaster Archtics ticketing platform and Microsoft CRM
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Ticketmaster Archtics ticketing platform.
- Microsoft Suite Skills
- Customer Service
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Selected candidate must pass a background check.

Compensation:
Base pay is one part of the total compensation package and is determined within a range. The good faith total compensation range for this role is shown below, and actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experiences, location, and other business and organizational needs.
Anticipated pay: $70,000-$80,000 as a combination of base salary ($35,000) plus commission and bonuses.
