Position Summary
The Manager, Business Solutions will lead strategic initiatives that drive revenue growth, operational efficiency, and data-informed decision-making across the Corporate Partnerships department. This role blends analytical expertise with strategic thinking to optimize partnership performance, enhance internal systems, and deliver compelling insights that support sales, marketing, and retention efforts. Key Responsibilities
Strategic Partnership Development
- Lead category and asset valuation analyses, prospect identification, and rate card benchmarking.
- Conduct market and consumer research to identify whitespace opportunities and drive incremental revenue.
Data Strategy & Insights
- Aggregate and synthesize data from internal and third-party sources to uncover actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards and performance scorecards.
- Translate complex data into strategic recommendations for renewals, upsells, and new business.
Systems & Tools Management
- Oversee CRM systems for tracking revenue, inventory, and sales pipeline.
- Manage data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to support reporting and storytelling.
- Evaluate and implement new tools and technologies to enhance departmental capabilities.
Performance Reporting & Recaps
- Direct the creation of customized partner recaps and scorecards that highlight success metrics and strategic opportunities.
- Lead midseason and end-of-season reporting processes to ensure alignment with partner objectives.
- Maintain evergreen materials with accurate metrics and insights for prospective partners.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as a bridge between Strategy, Analytics, and Corporate Partnerships teams.
- Support organizational goals through timely and insightful analyses.
- Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging technologies to drive innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- 1-4 years of experience in sports analytics, corporate partnerships, or business strategy.
- Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., KORE, Salesforce, Agilitek) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; experience with SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a talent for storytelling through data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate across departments.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
