Position Overview:  
Chicago Fire Football Club is seeking dedicated Site Coordinators to join our team! Reporting to the Director of League Operations, this individual will play a key role in delivering a best-in-class experience for players, coaches and club partners. This role will support the on-site operations of winter youth soccer leagues across Chicagoland from November 28 through March 14. 

Locations Needed:
  • Ability to work at one or multiple of our 9 locations: Bridgeview Sports Dome, Max McCook, Romeoville Athletic & Event Center, Toca Naperville, ARC Woodridge, Orland Hills, Toca Evanston, Fulcrum Addison, Endeavor Health Fire Pitch 

Job Responsibilities: 
  • Support in the execution of league operations 
  • Ensure facilities are safe and clean – including moving and securing goals, warm up areas, corner flags, team benches, & soccer balls 
  • Organize field setup daily and during format changeovers 
  • Manage coaches, players, and spectators to foster a safe, respectful, and positive environment for all participants 
  • Assist with team check in and daily referee schedules 
  • Provide prompt and attentive customer service to all Chicagoland Indoor Soccer League members 
  • Run clocks and scoreboards as needed 
  • Other duties as assigned 
 
Required Qualifications: 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Ability to work non-traditional hours including any combination of Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from November-March 
  • Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment 
  • Age 18 or over 
  • Valid Drivers license and access to your own vehicle. 
  • Ability to work at one or multiple of our 9 locations: Bridgeview Sports Dome, Max McCook, Romeoville Athletic & Event Center, Toca Naperville, ARC Woodridge, Orland Hills, Toca Evanston, Fulcrum Addison, Endeavor Health Fire Pitch 
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Conversational Spanish language fluency a plus 
  • General knowledge of the game of soccer and the youth soccer landscape in Chicagoland 
 
Compensation: 
  • This role offers an hourly rate of $20/hour 
  • This role is classified as an independent contractor
