Boston Legacy FC (the “Club”) is Boston’s new professional women’s soccer team, set to begin play in the National Women’s Soccer League in 2026. The Role
The manager of game presentation will be primarily responsible for the oversight, development, and execution of matchday and non-matchday event presentation for the Club. The manager will be responsible for building and executing programming, scripts, run of shows and planning content. The manager will also provide direct supervision to full- and part-time staff and work alongside the Gillette Stadium production team to deliver an unmatched show. 

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and creative with an ability to solve problems, execute flawlessly, and respond to a number of situations. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead show caller for all Boston Legacy home matches and non-matchday events, creating scripts, rundowns, and other production-related documents.
  • Oversee all vendors related to game presentation including, liaising with Gillette Stadium production team, as well as coordinating with broadcast partners, special effects, and other matchday crews.
  • Manage and execute all non-matchday events, including supporting the execution of non-fan experience events including but not limited to ticketing, partnerships, marketing etc.
  • Supervise a team of full-time coordinators and several part-time personnel.
  • Partner with the internal content team to manage the design, timing, and delivery of stadium assets, including working with templates to generate content where necessary.
  • Support the fan experience lead in the creation and execution of the fan experience strategy
  • Collaborate with marketing, ticketing, partnerships, content, and other departments to ideate new ways to integrate campaigns, storytelling, and “can’t miss moments,” ensuring the Boston Legacy atmosphere reflects the energy and culture of the city.
  • Work collaboratively with sporting and operations to ensure all fan experience elements are operationally sound and propel the team forward in a positive manner.
  • Other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s Degree  
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in game/event management, live event production, talent management and/or production management
  • Experience in crisis management and contingency planning for live events.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud 
  • A proven self-starter who takes initiative without waiting for direction and who can find creative solutions
  • Managerial experience, including direct supervision of part-time and/or full-time staff 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, specifically in working across several departments and with external vendors and talent
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evening, weekends, and holidays, as required by game schedules or events.
