Austin FC joined Major League Soccer (MLS) as the League’s 27th club in January 2019. Austin FC officially began competing in MLS in April 2021, and in the 2025 season qualified for the MLS Cup Playoffs while also reaching and hosting the final of the U.S. Open Cup. Austin FC plays its home matches at Q2 Stadium, a 100% privately financed, state-of-the-art stadium which earned certification as a zero-waste venue in 2024. Austin FC sold out all 88 MLS home matches it played at Q2 Stadium during its first five seasons in the league, including three home MLS Cup Playoff matches.
Austin FC is seeking an intern to join the Sales & Service Team for the 2026 season. In this internship, you will gain valuable exposure to the day-to-day business operations of a Sales & Service Team and will assist in match day preparation and other events. This internship is a great opportunity to advance your career and be a part of Austin’s only major league professional team during its sixth season.
This position will be based in Austin, TX and the role will be in-person at Austin FC’s business office.

You Will:
· Assist with day-to-day ticketing operations while interacting with Waitlist Members to elevate fan experience; and
· Support the Sales & Service Team on preparation for match day and other events; and
· Support Premium and General Season Ticket Membership events (evenings and weekends required); and
· Work with the Sales & Service Team to provide a greater fan experience; and
· Be a part of other special projects within the sales team.
You Have:
· Time management skills
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office and possess excellent written and oral communication skills
· Customer service and/or hospitality experience; relationship building skills
· Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new programs and systems
· English and/or Spanish language proficiency is essential and Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus. Additional languages – even better, but not required
