Austin FC joined Major League Soccer (MLS) as the League’s 27th club in January 2019.  Austin FC officially began competing in MLS in April 2021, and in the 2025 season qualified for the MLS Cup Playoffs while also reaching and hosting the final of the U.S. Open Cup. Austin FC plays its home matches at Q2 Stadium, a 100% privately financed, state-of-the-art stadium which earned certification as a zero-waste venue in 2024. Austin FC sold out all 88 MLS home matches it played at Q2 Stadium during its first five season in the league, including three home MLS Cup Playoff matches. 

Austin FC is actively seeking a detail oriented and personable Ticket Operations Coordinator who will play an integral role in the execution of all revenue-generating and ticket-centric operations. This position will assist in creating and maintain events in our ticketing system, SeatGeek, and collaborate with various departments to process ticketing requests.  

This position will be based in Austin, TX and the role will be in-person at Austin FC’s business office.

You Will:
·        Assist in creating and managing the event building processes for all events at Q2 Stadium and Parmer Field at St. David’s Performance Center through the Club’s ticketing system (SeatGeek); and 
·        Continue improving the training system for seasonal and part-time staff; and
·        Assist in hiring and managing seasonal part-time staff and internships; and 
·        Assist with supervising Ticket HQ’s  (box office) for all Q2 Stadium events and Parmer Field at St. David’s Performance Center; and
·        Support sales and service staff with order processing, payments, and ticket system help; and
·        Help manage the process for ticket requests.  

You Have:
·        Bachelor’s Degree
·        Experience working in ticketing department, preferably one year minimum in professional setting
·        Experience collaborating with corporate partnerships, marketing, events, and strategy departments a plus 
·        Proficiency in Microsoft Office, SalesForce, a plus
·        Ability to learn new programs and systems
·        Knowledge and experience working with a ticketing system, SeatGeek knowledge a plus
·        English and/or Spanish language proficiency is essential and Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus. Additional languages – even better
·        Great work ethic, attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and ability to handle several projects at once
·        Exceptional oral and written communication skills
