Austin FC joined Major League Soccer (MLS) as the League’s 27th club in January 2019. Austin FC officially began competing in MLS in April 2021, and in the 2025 season qualified for the MLS Cup Playoffs while also reaching and hosting the final of the U.S. Open Cup. Austin FC plays its home matches at Q2 Stadium, a 100% privately financed, state-of-the-art stadium which earned certification as a zero-waste venue in 2024. Austin FC sold out all 88 MLS home matches it played at Q2 Stadium during its first five season in the league, including three home MLS Cup Playoff matches.
Austin FC is actively seeking a driven and strategic Senior Manager of Corporate Partnerships to prospect and generate new business by helping brands solve strategic marketing and business challenges through fully integrated partnerships. This is a sales role that reports to the Senior Director of Corporate Partnerships.
In this role, you will be responsible for connecting the Club with the Austin business community and national brands in strategic partnership opportunities. You will also collaborate across departments to generate unique and creative partnership assets that properly align with the goals of Austin FC and the Partner to achieve the brands’ overarching partnership objectives.
This position is based in Austin, TX and the role will be in-person at Austin FC’s business office.

You Will:
· Prospect and identify new potential partners and key relationships and sales opportunities; and
· Set up introductory meetings to deploy a consultative and insight driven sales approach that uncovers partner objectives; and
· Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline while effectively prioritizing opportunities throughout the relationship; and
· Build solutions-based partnership presentations and create proposals positioning Austin FC as a comprehensive marketing and community platform; and
· Negotiate multiyear agreements from 6-7 figures annually; and
· Work closely with corporate partnership activation team to ensure contractual fulfillment with an emphasis towards maximizing cross promotional opportunities; and
· Network at local events including community, partnership, and other related opportunities; and
· Work with marketing, promotions, ticket sales, ticket services, public relations, community impact and other departments to share new ideas and fulfill corporate partner programs; and
· Develop relationships with local and national decision makers across marketing agencies; and
· Entertain clients and partners at all Austin FC matches and other events; and
· Be an active contributor in team meetings, executive recaps, and other partnership-related meetings; and
· Take part in an environment that continues to focus on professional development and take on special projects as assigned.
You Have:
· Bachelor’s Degree required
· 3–5 years of direct, relevant sales experience within a team, league, property, and/or sales agency preferred
· Demonstrated success developing, negotiating, and closing complex partnerships, specifically six-figures annual deals
· Evidence of being strategic, creative thinker, and active listener with the ability to develop and implement processes and plans
· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively internally and externally, using a variety of media with diverse audiences
· English language proficiency is essential and Spanish/English bilingual skills are a plus
· Proficiency with presentation development, computer applications, and general office software is necessary
· A commitment to diversity and inclusion both internally and externally
