Co-founded by four U.S. Women’s National Team legends—Brandi Chastain, Aly Wagner, Danielle Slaton, and Leslie Osborne—in partnership with global investment firm Sixth Street, Bay FC is changing the face of women’s soccer as we know it. Position Summary
Bay FC is seeking a Ticketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate is a driven, self-motivated, and enthusiastic team member who is looking to grow their career in sports. The Ticketing Coordinator is a key member of the Revenue Team and will be responsible for supporting all ticketing sales and service projects, including game day experience inventory, management, and fulfillment, vendor research, Season Ticket Member and fan event support, and sales lead research. This full-time position reports to the Sr. Director, Ticket Sales and Service.
Responsibilities
- Embrace a creative problem-solving mentality that helps the Bay FC team accomplish its goals.
- Be willing and prepared to take on a variety of projects from administrative to strategic.
- Assist in the execution of Season Ticket Member events and benefits.
- Oversee game day experiences from inventory management to day-of execution to ensure a seamless and positive fan experience.
- Manage key initiatives as needed to ensure coordination across the sales, service, and premium side of ticketing.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with both ticketing and other department leaders, including event operations, marketing, partnership, and soccer operations.
- Participate in event day ticketing or customer service duties; always representing the organization and brand in a positive manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Desire to build and grow a career in sports
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, while remaining organized, efficient, and calm under pressure
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Women’s soccer/NWSL knowledge a plus
Compensation:
The anticipated salary range for this role is between $45,000-$50,000, actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
