Employers can give access to other employers to review the candidates in a job folder. Once you've added the user to review candidates, they will receive one of two emails: an email to create an account on TeamWork Online or an email to claim their HR account with TeamWork Online for the given job you've given them access to.

Please review the names of the employers who have access. Advise us who to delete on a regular basis.

How do I find my job URL to direct candidates to apply?
Log onto your HR Account – as shown below.

Use the various filters in the Candidate Folder to Sort By and take Action on the top. On the left sort by Location, and Keyword. Use the Salary Slider to find candidates who will agree to pay within a range.

TeamWork Recruiter has scoured our professional network to find these individuals who ought to be interested in your opening at this salary. Utilize a nationwide search or use the Location box to search by city and/or state. On the Potential Candidates tab, an MVP Access icon indicates candidates who are more apt to make a move.

You can select 'Invite to Apply' from the 'Actions' menu to invite candidates to apply to your position or select 'Message' to ask them for suggestions of qualified candidates. Click the 'Star' icon to add the candidate to your Bench to build your candidate pipeline.
How do I like or dislike candidates?
To “like” or “dislike” a candidate for your job, click the thumbs up or thumbs down arrow to move the candidate to Preferred (thumbs up) or Hidden (thumbs down)
How do I see my hidden candidates?
To access your -2 (Hidden) Candidates, click the check mark box and then press Filter Candidates. If you leave the check mark on, you will always see all candidates as well as the hidden ones.
How do I see candidates by status?
Select status in the 'Sort By' drop down filter in the Job folder. Whatever filters you have when you leave the system will be the same filters on how you view the candidates the next time you sign in.
How do I forward resumes?
When you forward resumes to another worker, your email client will appear with the candidate profile and resume. The resume is publicly available to anyone who receives this email. The candidate profile is password protected. If a hiring manager is given access to candidates, they can see the candidate's complete application, write real-time notes in their record, and change their status for the HR manager.

Any download of a candidate resume will be recorded in the journal. The name of whoever takes that download resume action on a candidate record will be identified if the candidate, through GDPR asks for complete deletion of his account.
How do I print resumes?
When looking at a candidate’s short card, between the thumbs up and thumbs down, press the circle box. Go to the drop down actions above and select Print Resume and you will see a page with all of the options.
Why am I seeing no candidates when I know there are candidates?
If you open the candidate folder and see no candidates even though you saw candidates on your Open Jobs screen, check the filters. All screening filters on the left-hand side are saved from the last time.

How do I close out a job?
Marking a hire
Before you press 'Closed from the Open Jobs Dashboard, open the candidate folder and find the hired candidates and mark them as '10' then press 'Close'. This action will expire the job and allow you to use the 'Mark Your Hire' Wizard. Pressing 'Mark Your Hire' will provide you a step by step to notify the non-hired candidates that the job has been hired or was not hired.
Did not mark a hire?
If you did not mark a hire you can do so in the job close out wizard by looking through the pool of candidates and selecting a candidate.
How do I send separate emails to candidates upon close out?
Put all of your special candidates in the preferred folder. Use the bulk email send to send them a personalized email. Maintain a high status for these candidates. When closing out the job, you can pull out those candidates, sorted by status, from the group of candidates who will be receiving the standard turn off email.

Click the job title. In this example, Manager, Arena Operations, Sample University.
Select the light blue text next to the job title “Edit Job Posting”. At this point, the hiring manager will be able to edit job expiration as needed.
Scroll to the bottom of the page, select the 'Next: Career level, job category, questions' button.
Once you've arrived on this page, you will be able to reopen the job as a draft. You will be redirected to similar page where you will see 'Post Job'. Click that to make the job live for candidates to apply.
Clicking Final step to reposting a job where you want to extend the date is to click, 'Post Job.'
