About Youth Inc.
Youth Inc. is a venture-backed e-commerce marketplace and digital media network focused exclusively on youth and high school sports. We are a technology-forward commerce platform for fan merchandise, team uniforms, and equipment, alongside a media business that helps the 65M U.S. families navigating the daily opportunities and challenges of youth sports. Our team is comprised of seasoned executives from leading e-commerce brands and prominent media and technology institutions. We're committed to setting new industry standards and transforming the way youth sports communities engage, shop, and thrive in a rapidly growing $40B market.
Position Overview
We are looking for a Paid Social Manager to own the day-to-day execution of our paid social program. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on turning early traction into repeatable, efficient growth.
You will operate across strategy and execution, owning key acquisition and retention programs and ensuring initiatives translate into meaningful revenue impact. Success in this role requires strong judgment, executional rigor, and comfort navigating ambiguity while balancing speed, efficiency, and long-term growth. This is an ideal role for someone with 3-5 years of paid social experience at a DTC or e-commerce brand who wants more ownership, faster decision cycles, and a front-row seat to building a commerce business from the early stages.
Key Responsibilities
- Paid Social Strategy & Execution: Own paid social performance on Meta, including campaign strategy, budget management, creative testing, and optimization, with an emphasis on dynamic product catalog feed formats.
- Channel Expansion: Explore and pilot new acquisition channels, leaning into what shows promise and pivoting quickly from what doesn’t.
- Marketing Infrastructure: Partner closely with product, engineering, and analytics to improve tracking, attribution, and tooling that support better decision-making and scalable growth across channels.
- Reports to the VP / General Manager, Commerce.
Qualifications
- Hands-on Operator: Comfortable owning programs end-to-end, from strategy through execution, in a resource-conscious, early-stage environment.
- 3-5 years of experience driving revenue through paid social, with deep familiarity with Meta as a primary acquisition channel.
- Experience at a DTC, marketplace, or e-commerce brand. In-house experience is preferred, but strong agency candidates from e-commerce accounts will be considered.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Able to work effectively with business, product, creative, and engineering partners to align marketing execution with broader company goals.
- Analytical: Strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required; experience with data visualization/reporting tools and SQL preferred
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical or business field, or equivalent experience.
- Bonus: Passion for sports, especially youth and high school athletics.
Equal Opportunity
We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome candidates from all backgrounds. We explicitly encourage applicants with experience in athletics or sports culture to apply.
