We help programs look and feel like pros by delivering high-quality products, on-time service, and a partnership mindset. As we expand nationwide, we’re looking for a true alpha hunter—someone who loves the chase, thrives on winning new business, and has the drive to dominate this market.
The Opportunity
This is not a sit-and-wait sales job. We need a proactive business builder to identify, engage, and close new youth travel baseball & softball club accounts. Your mission is to open doors, build relationships with decision-makers (club directors, coaches, and league administrators), and grow our presence in key territories.
What You’ll Do
- Prospect & Hunt: Research and target new youth travel clubs, academies, and tournaments to build a robust pipeline.
- Sell & Close: Pitch 431 Sports’ value proposition and secure long-term uniform/gear partnerships.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate lasting partnerships with club directors, coaches, and league decision-makers.
- Market Intelligence: Track trends, competitors, and opportunities to stay ahead of the game.
- Team Player: Collaborate with internal operations, design, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record in new business development, ideally in sports apparel, team sales, or a related B2B environment.
- Fearless prospector with a hunter’s mentality—loves cold calling, networking, and closing deals.
- Strong relationship-builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and driven to exceed goals.
- Passion for baseball/softball or youth sports is a major plus.
