Social Media Coordinator
Sports Endeavors is seeking a Social Media Coordinator to bring our creative talent and soccer passion to the social channels (and 7M+ followers) of Soccer.com, America's leading soccer specialist retailer.
You’ll participate in social content creation and community engagement across all Soccer.com social media platforms, helping to build our brand's connection to millions of soccer players and fans across the nation.
This role travels 10-15% and is hybrid; typically in our Hillsborough, NC office 3 days per week.

Key Responsibilities:
- You’ll help maintain the Soccer.com social publishing schedule, organizing and posting content across all social channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, Threads, and YouTube).
- You’ll work with in-house photo/video producers, assisting in the planning and creation of platform-optimized photo, video, and graphic design assets that contribute towards the success of Soccer.com brand initiatives and product campaigns.
- You’ll assist the Social Media Manager in analyzing social performance, collecting key social channel data, and translating into actionable insights.
- You’ll run point on day-to-day social media monitoring, diligently responding to Soccer.com mentions/messages, and proactively engaging with relevant conversations involving key products and partners.
- As a social native and passionate soccer fan, you’ll be a key voice in identifying opportunities for Soccer.com to participate in emerging trends and soccer-related online conversations.
What We're Looking For:
- You have 1 to 2 years of experience in Social Media Marketing, with a strong foundational understanding of social channel tactics/best practices, and a desire to grow within the field.
- You’re passionate about creating social content that embraces emerging trends.
- You love the beautiful game, always staying up to date on the latest global and North American soccer news.
- You get that “soccer never stops.” You have the drive and flexibility to embrace working in the world of 24/7 sports, which often includes evenings and weekends.
- You're a strong writer, able to demonstrate both creative flair and attention to detail when crafting copy for social channels.
- You have some visual content creation skills. Photography experience and Adobe Photoshop proficiency is preferred.
- You're a team player, with the ability to collaborate on social content ideation and publishing.
- You're a self-starter, with the initiative and time management skills to stay on top of multiple social channels.
