Job Purpose
This position will focus on researching and actively prospecting the youth soccer club market to grow INARIA sales while actively involved in identifying sales and marketing strategies to drive desired results. This position will require market research, diligent follow-up, and to meet aggressive sales expectations.

We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with strong communication skills who is comfortable being persistent in the pursuit of building relationships in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial organization.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Focus time to drive growth for INARIA in the youth soccer club market through phone calls, emails and travel.
  • Actively research marketplace to build and maintain strong market knowledge.
  • Cold Calling and emailing to contact potential clients and provide them with information about the INARIA and SOCCER.COM brands.
  • Collaborating with the sales team to build trust and relationships to help convert pending & current partners to INARIA.
  • Manage INARIA and Soccer.com market research to generate qualified leads.
  • Drive club partners to utilize the Soccer.com ‘PlayerPASS’ program.
  • Maintain a weekly sales report – Share with key business leaders.
    • Progress on new business opportunities.
    • Progress against the identified target list.
    • Weekly update on new pending and won opportunities.
    • Maintain up to date CRM using Pipedrive.
  • Share key elements of INARIA sales direction with Team Sales leadership.
  • Share key pieces of Soccer.com direction with INARIA leadership.
  • Ongoing training and development with SOCCER.COM sales team.
  • Stay trained in the INARIA products and go to market approach.
  • Internal Teamatical Champion who will push sublimation and Teamatical across the Team business within SEI.

Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s):
  • Growth for INARIA in youth soccer club segment
    • Win 20 Clubs in 2025 for sales either in 2025 or 2026
    • Generate $1,500,000 in new business for 2026
    • Win $500,000 in AYSO business
  • Maintain SEI Margin goals through following of pricing policies
  • Maintain promo goals through standard promotion policy
  • Exceptions to be granted through INARIA leadership.

Education:
Bachelor Degree preferred

Experience:
Sales experience in the youth soccer club marketplace preferred

Computer Skills:
Must be proficient in Power Point, Excel, and Word

Reporting Structure:
This position will report to the Team Sales Director who oversees INARIA business.
