You are a key member of the Digital Experience team and the Sports Endeavors ecommerce business as a whole. In this role you will develop a deep understanding of the Soccer.com, WorldSoccerShop and 431 Sports brands and how to effectively promote them across all digital marketing touchpoints. You are passionate about bringing integrated digital marketing and merchandising campaigns to life in ways that create seamless user experiences that drive ecommerce sales growth.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of ecommerce and/or digital marketing experience with strong communication and organization skills that will help us achieve business objectives through a relentless focus on keeping our team aligned to create the best possible customer experiences.
Responsibilities
Digital Campaign and Promotion Execution:
- Own the digital experience/marketing calendar and ensure that campaign deadlines and deliverables are fully understood across Marketing, Merchandising and other cross-functional departments
- Work with Digital Experience team to communicate creative needs for all marketing campaigns
- Lead the process for planning, executing and testing site merchandising and marketing campaigns including but not limited to product launches, promotions, and brand campaigns
- Conduct regular meetings to review items/tasks assigned and prioritize based on business needs
- Create and lead digital creative and campaign proofing process to ensure objectives are met and assets and other deliverables meet quality expectations
- Continuously look for ways to streamline communications and create more efficient processes across departments and with outside agency partners
- Leverage digital experience platforms to execute product launches, site promotions, marketing campaigns, etc. directly and in tight coordination with the other members of the digital experience and merchandising teams
- Report on campaign and site performance using Google Analytics, Tableau and other available data sources
Digital Integrated Marketing Strategy:
- Work with Digital Experience team to develop a deep understanding of promotional levers and their impacts to performance at the product and/or total business level
- Help develop and maintain global strategy and timelines to ensure a quality experience on large and small-scale marketing campaigns via digital marketing calendar
- Assist digital channel managers in customer segmentation, ad-hoc reporting and importing/exporting data
- Assist digital channel managers in executing site, paid media, and email campaigns as needed
Qualifications

- Ability to gather information from a variety of sources

- Strong, energetic character able to positively communicate strategic ideas and adapt to changing requirements effectively
- Comfortable and efficient working cross-functionally and with both internal and external marketing teams
- Self-driven with a strong work ethic and "always deliver on time" attitude
- Eager to learn new platforms, processes, concepts, etc. and a willingness to jump in and help the Digital Experience team wherever assistance is needed
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business or other related fields
- Strong attention to detail with a creative mindset
- Prior ecommerce and/or retail experience preferred
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent email communication skills
- Experience working with collaborative software such as ClickUp, Basecamp, Teams, Slack, etc.
- Experience working with ecommerce, email and digital marketing platforms
- Passion for the sport of soccer is a big plus!
