Role Overview
The Product Coordinator supports the planning, management, and execution of ticket and hospitality packages for major sports and entertainment events. The position combines inventory management, reporting, research, CRM administration, and cross-functional coordination to help Product Managers successfully launch and maintain event products.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Monitor and report on inventory and sales performance weekly.
  • Respond to internal stakeholder requests regarding product availability and details.
  • Research venues, hospitality offerings, and experiences for event packages.
  • Provide administrative support to Product Managers.
  • Maintain and validate data in Salesforce and other systems.
  • Reconcile ticket inventory across multiple events.
  • Assist with additional product/ticket-related projects as needed.

Ideal Candidate Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, Logistics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of experience in hospitality, travel, tourism, event planning, sports, or related industries.
  • Comfortable working with operational processes, inventory tracking, and administrative tasks.
