ONSITE POSITION – NOT A REMOTE OR HYBRID POSITION

Job Summary:
Develops and administers marketing efforts to drive athlete and PRORODEO brand consistency and recognition across all levels of Licensing and Marketing. Working with key retail partners, licensees, and sponsors on creative direction to further promote PRCA, PRORODEO and NFR brands and partnerships.

Essential Duties
● Assist sales team in the development of sales templates.
● Assist with the development of Marketing Summit theme, presentation, invites and other creative materials.
● Develop NFR Convention presentation slides and all marketing materials and signage.
● Work with CMO and Director of Licensing and Brand Marketing on new NFR Event logo.
● Maintain and update the Contract Personnel Directory and Annual Report
● Create consistent visual marketing materials, website graphics, print, and outdoor for a diverse set of clients and rodeo committees that highlight PRCA/PRORODEO as premier rodeo series.
● Work closely with Social Media team on coordinating/designing brand focused social media posts.
● Develop and design targeted Athlete social media campaign for key athletes. Collaborate with these athletes on content and special campaigns.
● Create a look book and brand guide to help new Licensees and prospective retail partners outside of the western lifestyle.
● Work with Director of Licensing and Brand Marketing to develop design ideas for Athlete merchandise for all PRCA approved partners.
● Work with Director of Licensing and Brand Marketing on Athlete sales sheets and social media posts in support of partner/sponsor Athlete Endorsements
● Work with Director of Licensing and Brand Marketing to design social media and email blasts promoting online store and new product launches. Each product launch will ‘tell a story.’
● Assist Director of Licensing and Brand Marketing on creative needs in support of Special Events/Marketing opportunities outside of Rodeo Events
● Develop and design fan giveaways for special events.
● Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Fine Arts or related field and 2 years graphic design experience. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop)
• Knowledge of rodeo or the sports industry preferred.
● Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office Suite. (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Access databases).
● Experience in developing, maintaining, and administering branding standards and guidelines.
● Demonstrated ability to schedule, post, and stay on top of relevant and trending content on all social media platforms.
● High level of interpersonal skills and integrity to handle sensitive and confidential situations and information.
● High level of communication skills, both written and verbal, and ability to communicate with poise, tact, and diplomacy.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
● Ability to read, analyze and interpret information.
● Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
● Maintain technical skills and knowledge of industry.
● Ability to work non-traditional days and hours.
● Ability to travel.

Work Environment:
Works in an office environment with occasional travel out of state. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, walk, stand, and periodically lift. Vision abilities include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.

Physical Demands:
This is a sedentary role; however, movement and lifting are required. Position requires the ability to lift up to 20 lbs to assist in carrying, lifting, and packing equipment. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets. Regularly required to sit, talk, hear, walk, and stand. Vision abilities include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus.
