We are a professional volleyball organization committed to excellence on the court and in the
community. Our mission is to deliver an elite sports and entertainment experience for fans,
partners, and players alike. We are entering an exciting phase of growth and are seeking a
proven sales leader to drive our ticket revenue strategy, execution, and culture.

Position Overview
The Senior Director of Ticket Sales will be responsible for developing and executing
comprehensive ticket sales strategies to achieve revenue and attendance goals for all home
matches, events, and season ticket programs. This role requires a hands-on leader with
exceptional skills in sales management, staff development, and partnership across marketing
and game operations. It is an active selling position.

Key Responsibilities
 Lead Revenue Growth:
  • Develop and execute ticket sales strategies for season tickets, partial plans, and group sales.
  • Meet or exceed annual and monthly ticket sales revenue targets.
Team Leadership & Development:
  • Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing ticket sales staff.
  • Foster a competitive, energetic, and accountable sales culture.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
  • Collaborate with marketing to create integrated campaigns that drive attendance and ticket purchases.
  • Partner with corporate sponsorship and community relations to leverage cross-promotional opportunities.
Data-Driven Approach:
  • Utilize CRM and analytics tools to monitor sales performance, identify trends, and optimize sales strategies.
  • Report regularly to leadership on key performance indicators and sales pipeline activity.
Fan Experience & Engagement:
  • Serve as a visible ambassador for the team at matches, events, and community appearances.
  • Ensure ticket buyers receive exceptional service before, during, and after their purchase.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or related field.
  • 7+ years of progressive ticket sales experience in professional or collegiate sports, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting/exceeding ticket revenue goals.
  • Proven track record in building, coaching, and leading high-performance sales teams.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot) and ticketing platforms (e.g., Ticketmaster, Archtics, Fevo).
  • Strong analytical skills, creativity in sales strategy, and excellent interpersonal communication.
  • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
