This is a Seasonal Position: Our season will run from January 2026 to May 2026

Role and Responsibilities
The Game Day Operations Crew is responsible for a number of crucial tasks throughout the San Diego Mojo Game Day - supporting nearly every department from marketing to the coaches and players! You will get a comprehensive introduction to the inner workings of a professional sports organization through the following tasks on a rotational basis:
  • Prepare locker rooms and benches for home and visiting teams at Viejas Arena
  • Set up & break down sponsorship and sales signage and supplies
  • Organize and distribute promotional materials to fans
  • Inventory management
  • Credentialing & press management
  • Fan engagement set up during halftime, breaks, and t-shirt tosses
  • Volleyball floor mopping
  • Volleyball shagging 
  • Manage player autographs, fan photos, and meet & greets
  • Assist with special events, like group hospitality and season member parties
  • Set up & break down partner booths 

Requirements:
  • Must be 18 or older.
  • Must be available to work at least (10) of the (14) home games between January and May 2026 - schedule HERE.
  • Self-motivated, naturally resilient, and a positive attitude.
  • Organized ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, integrity, and compliance.
  • Ability to work independently and complete duties and projects with minimal direct supervision.
  • Ability to move freely, pick up and quickly clean and chase volleyballs down, crouch, kneel, throw, toss, and push.
