Orlando Valkyries – Coordinator, Marketing & Sponsorship Fulfillment

Position Summary
The Coordinator of Marketing & Sponsorship Fulfillment plays a key role in supporting the Orlando Valkyries’ marketing initiatives and ensuring the successful execution of sponsorship deliverables. This position is responsible for coordinating sponsor activations, tracking fulfillment, and assisting with marketing campaigns, fan engagement, and community outreach. The Coordinator works closely with the VP of Business Operations & Partnerships and other internal departments to deliver value to partners and elevate the Valkyries brand across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
Sponsorship Fulfillment
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sponsor activation and fulfillment.
- Track and manage all sponsorship assets, including signage, digital content, hospitality, and in-game promotions.
- Coordinate delivery of sponsor-related content across social media, website, and email platforms.
- Maintain detailed records of fulfillment and provide regular reports to partners and internal stakeholders.
Marketing Campaign Execution
- Assist in the development and rollout of integrated marketing campaigns to promote ticket sales, merchandise, and special events.
- Support the creation of promotional materials including flyers, email templates, and digital ads.
- Collaborate with the Creative Services and Social Media teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
- Help manage timelines and deliverables for seasonal and event-based marketing initiatives.
Fan Engagement & Promotions
- Coordinate in-game promotions, giveaways, and fan experience activations.
- Assist with planning and execution of theme nights, community days, and youth programming events.
- Support grassroots marketing efforts including street team coordination, local outreach, and brand visibility initiatives.
Game Day & Event Activation
- Attend all home games and select team events to oversee sponsor activations and capture content.
- Coordinate in-venue signage, tabling, and hospitality experiences for partners.
- Ensure sponsor visibility and engagement during matches and special events.
Community Engagement
- Support the planning and execution of community outreach programs and player appearances.
- Assist with coordination of youth programming and local partnerships.
- Help build relationships with local organizations and stakeholders.
Reporting & Analytics
- Compile post-campaign and post-season reports detailing sponsorship performance and ROI.
- Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve future activations.
- Maintain organized documentation of all marketing and sponsorship activities.
Team Culture & Leadership

Additional Duties

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or related field.
- Experience in sponsorship coordination, marketing, or event management preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM or project management tools.
