Overview
The Atlanta Vibe is seeking a motivated and competitive Ticket Sales Associate to drive revenue through season tickets, group packages, mini-plans, and single-game sales. This is a high-energy, results-driven role focused on generating new business, building relationships, and delivering exceptional service to fans.
Ideal candidates have 2–4 years of sales experience, preferably in sports or entertainment, and thrive in fast-paced environments where performance and hustle are rewarded.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed individual sales goals for new business and renewals.
- Prospect and close new season ticket holders, group leaders, and individual buyers.
- Present tailored ticket solutions that match customer needs across the Vibe’s product offerings.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients via calls, emails, meetings, and game-day interactions.
- Represent the team at community and grassroots events to generate leads and build brand awareness.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to drive retention and long-term loyalty.
- Accurately track sales activity and client interactions in CRM systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or related field preferred.
- 2–4 years of experience in ticket sales or a related sales role (sports/entertainment industry strongly preferred).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and team-oriented with a professional attitude.
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
