Position Summary
The Ticket Sales Associate drives revenue and fan engagement for the Atlanta Vibe by selling season tickets, group packages, mini-plans, single-game tickets, and specialty offers. This role focuses on generating new business, retaining existing accounts, and delivering exceptional customer service to build long-term loyalty.
In addition to sales, the associate represents the Vibe at community events, serving as an ambassador for the team and helping expand its presence across Atlanta. The ideal candidate is energetic, goal-driven, and passionate about sales, service, and sports.
Major Responsibilities
- Meet and exceed annual sales goals for new business and renewals
- Prospect and secure new season ticket holders, group leaders, and individual buyers
- Present tailored ticket solutions that match customer needs across the Vibe’s product lineup
- Maintain proactive communication with clients through calls, emails, meetings, game-day touch points, and events
- Build loyalty by creating memorable experiences and delivering exceptional service
- Represent the team at grassroots events to generate leads and build brand awareness
- Maintain accurate client records and sales activity in CRM/database
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, sports management, or related field preferred
- 1–2 years of experience in ticket sales, customer service, or related sales role (sports/entertainment industry preferred)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated, competitive, and team-oriented with a positive, professional attitude
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Compensation
Base salary plus commission
