Overview
The Atlanta Vibe is seeking a strategic and driven Director of Ticket Sales to lead all ticketing revenue efforts, including premium seating, season memberships, group sales, and single-game tickets. This role is responsible for building and managing a high-performing sales team, developing revenue-generating strategies, and consistently exceeding aggressive sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive ticket sales strategy across all categories.
- Recruit, train, and lead a results-oriented sales team.
- Drive revenue through strategic pricing, product mix, and inventory management.
- Oversee ticketing systems, CRM, reporting, and game-day operations.
- Build and maintain corporate and community partnerships to grow premium and group sales.
- Collaborate with marketing and community relations to align campaigns with sales objectives.
- Implement retention strategies to increase season ticket and membership loyalty.
- Manage departmental budget and forecasting.
- Identify and act on new revenue opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of ticket sales leadership experience, preferably in sports or entertainment.
- Proven success in exceeding revenue targets and leading high-performing teams.
- Strong proficiency with ticketing systems and CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, results-driven approach.
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Passion for sports and enhancing the fan experience.
