Essential Functions:

The Ticket Operations Coordinator is responsible for day-to-day sales and ticket operations for the

Vegas Thrill. The ideal candidate will have an ability to work e􀆯iciently, accurately, and e􀆯ectively

under pressure and the ability to complete and prioritize tasks in a timely manner. The candidate will

play an integral role working with various business units, including ticketing, premium seating,

finance, analytics, and operations. They will be responsible for assisting with the timely, customer centered

focus on all ticket-related printing, fulfillment, and associated activities throughout the

year, including season ticket renewals, game-days, and other ticketed events.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Serve as the lead for all Ticket Operations related needs for the Vegas Thrill

• Report key metrics and sales reports daily and upon request from senior leadership

• Process tasks/orders using the designated ticketing software, AXS.

• Assist Director with building o􀆯ers, events, price codes as directed by senior management.

• Assist in overseeing financial reconciliation regarding daily reports, monthly

• Collaborate with internal departments and external event personnel to ensure all ticketing needs

are addressed

• Organize and oversee nightly Ticket O􀆯ice operations during events (Ticket Sales, Will Call,

Ticketing Scanning, etc.)

• Build and maintain all third-party events in AXS

• Assist with the monitoring of all ticket inventory

• Responsible for the preparation of all Ticket O􀆯ice settlement reports on event nights

• Other responsibilities include generating new business by prospecting, cold calling, and setting

appointments for season ticket sales

Key Competencies and Experience:

• 2 to 3 years of AXS Backoffice management and operations experience required

• Proficiency working in the AXS ticketing system with a deep understanding of how to best utilize the

AXS ticketing system.

• Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and superior

customer service skills.

• Detail-oriented with a strong ability to work under pressure to meet strict and fluid deadlines

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.)

• Willingness and ability to work long hours, including holidays and weekends

• In addition to working regular business hours, must be prepared to work all Vegas Thrill home games
