Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Director of Corporate Partnerships to lead
revenue generation and strategic partnership development for The Dallas PULSE. As a key
member of our front office team, you will play a crucial role in establishing our brand presence in
the Dallas-Fort Worth market while building sustainable revenue streams through corporate
partnerships, sponsorships, and community engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Partnership Development & Revenue Generation
● Develop and execute comprehensive corporate partnership strategy to achieve annual
revenue targets
● Identify, prospect, and secure naming rights, title sponsorships, presenting partnerships,
and multi-year corporate partnerships
● Create customized partnership packages that align with corporate partners' marketing
objectives and our team's brand values
● Negotiate partnership agreements, contract terms, and renewal strategies
● Maintain and grow existing partnership relationships while continuously expanding the
partnership portfolio
Strategic Business Development
● Build and maintain relationships with C-level executives, marketing directors, and
decision-makers across Dallas-Fort Worth business community
● Collaborate with team ownership and executive leadership to align partnership strategy
with overall business objectives
● Develop innovative activation concepts and experiential marketing opportunities for
corporate partners
● Coordinate with Major League Volleyball league office on national partnership
opportunities and league-wide initiatives
Partnership Activation & Account Management
● Oversee fulfillment of all partnership commitments, ensuring exceptional service delivery
and ROI measurement
● Work closely with marketing, operations, and game presentation teams to execute
partner activations
● Develop comprehensive activation reports and analytics to demonstrate partnership
value and impact
● Serve as primary relationship manager for key accounts, conducting regular business
reviews and strategic planning sessions
Market Development & Community Relations
● Establish the team as a prominent community partner and advocate for women's
professional sports in Dallas
● Identify and pursue partnerships with local businesses, healthcare systems, educational
institutions, and community organizations
● Represent the organization at networking events, chamber of commerce functions, and
industry conferences
● Develop relationships with local media partners and advertising agencies
Required Qualifications
● Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or related field
● 3-7 years of progressive experience in corporate partnerships, sponsorship sales, or
business development
● Proven track record of achieving revenue targets in excess of $1M annually
● Experience in professional sports, entertainment, or related industries preferred
● Deep understanding of the Dallas-Fort Worth business landscape and key market
players
● Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
● Proficiency in CRM systems, partnership management platforms, and Microsoft Office
Suite
● Strong analytical skills with ability to create compelling ROI presentations and
partnership proposals
Preferred Qualifications
● Previous experience launching or working with a startup sports franchise
● Knowledge of women's professional sports landscape and volleyball specifically
● Existing relationships within Dallas-Fort Worth corporate community
● Experience with Major League Volleyball league, professional volleyball, or Olympic
sports

Reporting Structure
This position reports directly to the Team President/CEO and works closely with the marketing
team, and league partnerships department. The successful candidate will have direct input into
strategic decision-making and franchise development initiatives.
Location & Travel
Position based in Dallas, Texas with expectation of regular travel throughout DFW metroplex for
client meetings, networking events, and community appearances. Some national travel may be
required for league meetings and industry conferences.
