Overview/Summary:
The Premier Lacrosse League seeks a dynamic and enthusiastic Women’s Lacrosse Sales Associate to join our team. You will be responsible for building and populating PLL Youth’s girl's and women’s events (tournaments, showcases, camps) and will play a critical role in driving registrations and meeting business objectives. You will be responsible for building relationships with potential and existing customers and for supporting our women’s/girl’s lacrosse-specific growth strategy. This role offers an opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment and to make a positive impact on gender equality in sports. You will report to the VP of Sales and Senior Director of Women’s Growth. 

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Reach and exceed daily outbound goals; Hit weekly and monthly KPIs to ensure individual and team goals are met 
  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
  • Generate quality leads and convert them into customers; Manage the sales pipeline and track progress toward meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Maintain accurate records throughout sales process within our CRM and database management
  • Identify customer needs and provide excellent customer service
  • Establish relationships with youth lacrosse organizations and other key focus groups; attend industry events and functions; stay up-to-date on trends and relationships with the women’s lacrosse industry
  • Working with the Operations team to fulfill PLL Youth experiences remotely and onsite at events; May be asked to work event weekends and contribute operationally 
  • Identify and implement opportunities to grow the business; Develop and support sales strategy

Experience and Skillset:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the sports industry (lacrosse preferred)
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets
  • Strong relationship-building skills
  • Excellent communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills
  • Passion for women's lacrosse; ideally with existing relationships as a base to grow
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented; must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)

Compensation:
  • $18.00 - $22.00 an hour
  • Based on the candidate’s experience, seniority, and location
  • The total compensation package includes Sales Commission and Bonus, Health, Life, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) plan, Equity Sharing, Unlimited PTO, and Paid Parental Leave
