Position Overview:
The Fan Experience and Partnership Marketing teams are seeking dynamic, energetic Brand Ambassadors to support operations across the 2026 PLL and WLL seasons. Brand Ambassadors will play a key role in executing fan and partner activations throughout stadium concourses, creating interactive touchpoints that bring fans closer to the league, teams, and partners. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced live event environments, enjoy travel, and are passionate about delivering memorable, high-energy fan experiences. Success in this role is measured by fan engagement, activation execution, and partner satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Proven ability to engage and energize large crowds in a live event or customer-facing environment
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with a confident, outgoing presence
- Demonstrated ability to represent brands professionally in high-visibility settings
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to deliver consistent, high-quality execution
- Self-starter mentality with the ability to take initiative and problem-solve in real time
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-traffic live event environments
- Comfortable initiating conversations and driving fan participation
- Experience executing experiential marketing or sponsor activations preferred
Requirements:
- Must be able to execute full activation operations, including load-in, setup, breakdown, and load-out
- Responsible for owning and operating one assigned partner activation per event
- Ability to consistently execute activation responsibilities across a multi-week touring schedule
- Must actively drive fan engagement and participation at their activation
- Comfortable supporting data capture and lead generation efforts
- Must maintain consistent energy, professionalism, and performance across long event days
- Ability to stay composed and adaptable in fast-paced, high-traffic environments
- Must be able to travel weekly and maintain reliable attendance throughout the season
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless overall concourse execution
- Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Ability to stand and be active for 8–10 hours per day
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Compensation:
- $16.50/hour
- Hourly rate will comply with applicable minimum wage laws based on work location.
