Position Overview

The Premier Lacrosse League is looking for a product management intern to help our team deliver products that delight fans. This cross-functional role will support the design, development, and marketing of the PLL App and Website. Hires will work across a variety of tasks including conducting user research, web and app design, engineering, data analysis, and digital marketing. This role is for a creative problem solver who is confident in managing a variety of projects. The hire will gain experience working at every stage of the product lifecycle and will have the opportunity to solve problems unique to the sports industry.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of PLL product features such as the PLL App, PLL Fantasy, and PLL Nation
  • Create user journeys for fans and customers
  • Support the operation of in-app features (Fantasy, Pick’em, Trivia, Game Predictor, and Chat)
  • Prioritize user stories for engineering team
  • Conduct user research and analyze user data

Requirements
  • Self-starter with a passion for creative problem-solving
  • Passionate about technology and user experience
  • Comfortable learning new skills quickly and using a variety of digital tools
  • Experience in app/web design, development, or product management
  • Experience using AI like Claude, ChatGPT, etc is a plus
  • Experience with Figma, Notion, or Asana is a plus
  • Experience with app or web design, product management, or digital marketing is a plus

Compensation: 
  • $15 - $18/hour depending on location
  • Compensation will meet all applicable state and local minimum wage requirements.
