Position Summary:
The Premium Sales Manager is primarily responsible for driving revenue and generating new business in all premium seating areas across the PLL Regular Season, Playoffs, and Championship Series. This includes but is not limited to, Suites & Hospitality sales, Field Seating, and Onsite Premium Experiences. The Premium Sales Manager is responsible for renewing existing PLL Suite Purchasers and ticket holders, while also identifying new prospects interested in multi-venue or multi-year partnerships. This position requires a dynamic, and hard-working sales leader with a successful track record, who is equally as passionate about delivering the highest levels of customer service to corporate clients and premium package buyers. This role is based out of our LAHQ Office in Torrance, CA.

Essential Functions:
  • Responsible for achieving yearly Premium Sales revenue goal
  • Develop and execute campaign strategies to increase revenue through the sale of Suites, Field Seating, and Premium Experiences.
  • Work closely with the Ticket Operations Department to track & manage all inventory
  • Produce accurate weekly updates to leadership on prospecting activity, sales performance, and event recaps with strategic recommendations. 
  • Manage one full-time Premium Sales Account Executive to achieve personal and departmental revenue goals
  • Manage the pipeline and CRM database; including all dashboards to ensure proper coverage of lead lists
  • Responsible for all aspects of the onsite hospitality experience, including design & set-up, catering, and event logistics to ensure a positive experience for our clients and their guests.
  • Collaborate with other departments on the implementation and execution of strategic sales plans throughout campaigns (i.e. planning, communication, website creation, collateral production, giveaway fulfillment, etc.)  

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5+ years in sales experience 
  • Minimum of 2+ years of sales management preferred 
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with an ability to work in a fast-paced start-up environment. 
  • Skilled in setting and running sales meetings, with the ability to effectively pitch and negotiate high-end packages
  • Experience managing multiple sales timelines related to campaign rollouts (Suites, Field Seating, Onsite Experience, etc.)  
  • Must be able to work extended days and hours (including holidays and weekends) working events, hosting clients, and other activities as required.
  • Must be able to work collaboratively across all departments.  
  • Proficient computer skills and understanding of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Word & Hubspot CRM. 

Compensation: 
  • $65,000 - $75,000 Base Salary
  • Based on the candidate’s experience and seniority
  • The total compensation package includes Commission and Bonus, Health, Life, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) plan, Equity Sharing, Unlimited PTO, and Paid Parental Leave
