Position Overview:
The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is seeking a motivated, detail oriented Premium Hospitality Intern to support our Premium Sales team as we prepare for the 2026 season. This internship provides a hands-on opportunity to gain experience in premium ticket account management, client renewals, and VIP hospitality operations within one of the fastest growing professional sports leagues in North America.
As a member of the Premium Sales team, the intern will work closely with the Manager, Premium Sales and Premium Sales, Account Executives to help manage existing premium accounts, support renewal efforts,and deliver a best in class experience for our premium clients. This role is ideal for a sports business professional interested in account management, client service, and the operational side of premium ticketing and hospitality.

Responsibilities:
  • Support the Premium Sales team with renewal account management and client communication.
  • Assist in preparing and sending pre-event information to premium clients, including ticket details, hospitality access, and event day logistics.
  • Help manage ticket distribution, account setup, and on site assistance for premium clients during event weekends.
  • Assist with contract preparation, review, and coordination related to premium seating and hospitality agreements.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, contracts, and account details within CRM systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of premium experiences.
  • Provide on site support for premium clients, assisting with check in, issue resolution, and overall hospitality execution as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
  • Currently enrolled in college or eligible to receive college credit for an internship.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Interest in sports business, account management, client service, and premium experiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast paced environment.
  • Team first mindset with a proactive and solutions oriented approach.
  • Willingness to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required during event weekends.
