ROLE SPECIFICS:
PLL’s ticketing team is seeking a summer intern to support sales and operations for the league Premium Experiences program. As summer premium experience intern, this individual will be supporting the PLL during its busiest time - with live experience sales and operational needs at a premium. Tasks will include aiding in the sale, operation and on-site execution of premium experiences including meet and greets and other fan focused experiences. The roles and responsibilities of the position will be dynamic - with shifting needs of the team informing daily tasks. Certain tasks, such as distribution of comp tickets, will be ongoing and continuous. This person must be ready to roll their sleeves up. 

KEY OBJECTIVES:
  • Coordinate with Operations Team to fulfill premium experiences remotely and onsite
  • Work with Ticket Operations to ensure distribution of tickets and communication is done correctly and in a timely manner
  • Will be asked to work and travel to event weekends throughout the summer PLL season
  • Uphold core PLL values; be an excellent steward of the PLL in all interactions and conversations
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must currently be enrolled in college or able to use for college credit - position is for college credit only
  • Able to work weekends and travel throughout the summer
  • Strong work ethic and enthusiasm 
  • Outstanding listening, written, and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Word and Excel
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Must be well-organized
  • Must be able to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Background in sports – particularly lacrosse – is a plus
