Role Specifics:
  • General 
    • Passion for lacrosse and the PLL
    • Willing and able to work weekends and travel to all (14) event weekends
    • Positive attitude + willing to grind
    • Experience working in a team / being a team leader 
    • Communication skills - both in person with partners and fans & via email 
    • Organization & attention to detail 
    • Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs
    • Able to be on their feet for 8 to 10 hours a day
  • Pre-Planning Responsibilities
    • Weekly meetings with Fan Experience/BD teams to review activation updates + finalize Premier Zone (PZ) layout 
    • Oversee BA’s
      • Weekly touch base with season-long (traveling) BA’s (Wednesdays)
      • Work with FE/BD team to provide schedule/assignments for the on-site team for each weekend
  • On-Site Responsibilities
    • Serve as the main PLL point of contact for the Premier Zone 
      • Liaison between internal PLL departments (Marketing, Grassroots Marketing (GRM), Product, Business Development, Assists, Academy) & PRYZ (the PLL’s operating agency) 
    • Run point on integrating partnership activations into the Premier Zone and serve as the “expert” on all partnership on-site activations for all (14) event weekends
    • Work directly with PRYZ’s Premier Zone team + PLL Brand Ambassadors for on-site load-in, setup, breakdown, and local labor 
    • Potential to manage brand activations for: Ticketmaster, Cash App, Champion, Cascade, Whirlpool, STX, Dudewipes + more

Compensation:
  • $16.00 hour
