Position Overview:
The PLL is seeking an intern for the Lacrosse Operations Department. They will be responsible for assisting with the operational flow of a PLL event weekend, including transportation, meals, equipment, player appearances, and game day operations. They will report directly to the Operations & Experience Manager, including remote tasks as needed. 

Key Objectives: 
  • Attend game weekend events to assist in player appearance coordination, meal distribution, hydration needs, practice field inspection, equipment inventory, gameday operations, and any other player-related logistics and experience-related items.
  • Communicate player appearance details via email and ensure all parties involved have the necessary information to be successful.
  • Assist in building weekend schedules for all 8 teams, and work with the operations team to make sure all key details are accurate and flow within the Event Weekend.
  • Manage and improve game film accessibility
  • Assist the Head Equipment Manager in weekly equipment inventory and ordering
  • Quickly familiarize yourself with diverse venues to ensure smooth operations and effective event execution
  • Identify and resolve operational challenges quickly to maintain efficiency and a smooth player experience
  • Support the lacrosse product team with any other duties as assigned

Requirements:
  • Ability to travel to all PLL event weekends throughout the summer
  • Team player with a doer’s mindset
  • Organized and service-oriented
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Google Workspace
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Compensation: 
  • $16-$18/hour
  • Based on experience and location
