Position Overview:
The Fan Experience team is seeking a Game Presentation Coordinator who will be responsible for helping plan, coordinate and execute all in-venue entertainment elements during PLL and WLL games. This role ensures that all game-day elements—from national anthem and halftime performances, promotions, and partner activations—run smoothly and enhance the fan’s experience.
This position will work directly with the Fan Experience Manager and our third-party production agency, as well as cross functionally with event operations, marketing, production, and partnership teams to ensure that every event is exciting, seamless, and aligns with the league’s fan-focus mission.

Responsibilities:
Pre-Season & Planning
- Support overall game presentation strategy, including week-to-week differentiation, cross-departmental integration, and alignment with broadcast storytelling.
- Partner with the Game Presentation production agency to establish templates, workflows, and communication protocols.
- Ideate and coordinate in-stadium experiential elements, including vendor sourcing, production oversight (timelines, creative approvals, and invoicing), and execution. Examples include:
- Fireworks and pyrotechnics integration
- Flyovers
- National Anthem Performers
- Pre-game and halftime Performances
- On-Field Recognitions and ceremonies
- Help coordinate gate giveaways, including vendor management, production, shipping/ receiving oversight, and onsite execution.
- Liaise with in-game talent (National Anthem performers, pregame/halftime acts, etc.) for onsite logistics and coordination.
In-Season
- Assist with weekly Run of Show planning, coordination, and communication across internal departments (Partnership Marketing, Ticketing, PLL + WLL Assists, PLL Play, Merch, Product, and Growth Marketing).
- This includes:
- Collection, organization, and distribution of assets to Game Presentation production agency
- Oversee weekly development and review of game presentation materials, including timing sheets, scripts, and talent talking points.
- Coordinate with in-game talent and manage distribution of performance guidelines.
- Collaborate with Creative and Content teams to align videos, graphics, and storytelling.
- Work with Partnership Marketing to execute in-game activations and fulfill sponsor deliverables.
- Assist with planning and execution of theme weekends (throwback and indigenous heritage weekend), special events/ceremonies (hall of fame induction, stars & stripes classic, etc.), and special recognitions (military appreciation, local youth groups, etc.)
On-Site Event Responsibilities
- Assist with load-in, setup, breakdown, and load-out of in-stadium elements, activations, and giveaways.
- Oversee on-field experiences and activations, including performers, speakers, and halftime activities.
- Lead rehearsals and walkthroughs with emcees, mascots, performers, and game day staff.
- Stage manage on-field talent (Emcee/Host, Spirit Squad) and support the show caller to ensure seamless transitions between gameplay and entertainment.
- Execute fan experience elements, including:
- Gate giveaways and t-shirt tosses
- Contestant sourcing and on-field activations
- Leading fan chants, supporter group moments, and in-stadium energy-building activities
Post Season Responsibilities
- Support post-mortem performance tracking, reporting, and market learnings.
- Assist with budget reconciliation and vendor/talent relationship management.
Other Elements
- Assists with other off season League activations (e.g Golf Outing, Street Lacrosse)
- Other Duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Passion for lacrosse, the PLL and WLL, with a commitment to growing the sport and enhancing the fan experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in game presentation, live events, or sports marketing preferred.
- Comfortable working in high-pressure, live event settings
- Experience with scripting software (e.g., Showflow, Shoflo, Excel-based rundowns) is a plus.
- Knowledge of in-arena audio/visual systems and live production workflow is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Creative thinker with a passion for delivering memorable fan experiences.
Requirements:
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required by the event schedule.
- Willing and able to travel to at least 8 of the 16 events and work weekends (May 8th - September 20th).
- Physically capable of:
- Lifting up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Being on your feet for 8-10 hours per day.
- Working long event days in varied weather conditions.
Compensation:
- $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
- Based on the candidate’s experience and location
- This is a non-exempt, hourly position and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.
- All travel expenses including: travel (flights, trains, and/or ground transportation), hotels, meals, + other miscellaneous costs (ie. checked luggage) are covered by the PLL.
