Position Overview:
The PLL is looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to help our team as a Customer Experience Associate during the holiday season from Early November 2025 to January 1, 2026. The ideal candidate will have prior experience providing exceptional service to customers, answering questions about products and services, processing orders and transactions, and resolving issues and technical problems.

Qualifications: 
  • 1+ years experience working in within e-commerce space
  • 1+ years of experience working in customer service and fulfillment operations
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize and execute against deadlines
  • A love for customer service/delivering a world class experience
  • Familiarity with Google Sheets and/or Excel
  • Experience working with Shopify or other e-commerce backend platforms
  • Experience working directly with warehouses
  • Ability to work Eastern Standard Time schedule
  • Ability to work on Holidays as needed 

Requirements:
  • Managing customer communication across all channels that enable customer interactions including email, phone, and social inquiries
  • Processing orders and transactions accurately and efficiently: adding sample orders, following up with 3PL regarding inventory issues and shipping status
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with products or services and reporting issues that are surfaced by customers or otherwise
  • Informing customers about confirmed product and/or service issues
  • Proactively monitoring customer feedback on 3rd party marketplaces and compiling opportunities for improvement

Compensation: 
  • $15.50 an hour
