  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • High level of professionalism and a strong ability to relate to people of all business levels
  • Strong interpersonal relationship skills, high EQ
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and interest in the business of sports
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Experience working with CRM systems, data visualization tools, or operational dashboards is a plus

Requirements:
Responsibilities may evolve based on organizational needs and priorities, but will generally include:

  • Supporting the execution of strategic initiatives across key business areas, including youth (PLL Play), ticketing, and new growth efforts
  • Driving sales operations and revenue execution efforts for the League’s growing youth business, including performance analysis, reporting, and process support
  • Conducting quantitative and qualitative analysis to inform decision-making, performance tracking, and operational improvements
  • Building and maintaining internal tools, dashboards, documentation, and reporting that support day-to-day execution
  • Partnering with functional leaders to help translate strategic objectives into workflows, processes, and operating cadence
  • Supporting cross-functional projects and special initiatives, including integration work related to acquisitions or new business lines
  • Serving as a flexible, reliable execution resource for the Strategy team; being able to step into new problem areas as priorities shift
