Position Overview:
The Premier Lacrosse League (PLL) is seeking a driven and results-oriented Account Executive to join our Premium Sales & Hospitality team with a dedicated focus on outbound business development. This role is designed for a high-energy sales professional who thrives on building relationships from the ground up, proactively generating leads, and closing new premium seating, suite, and VIP hospitality revenue across all league events.
As an outbound focused Account Executive, you will own the process from prospecting to close, sourcing your own leads and managing a strong cold pipeline. With no renewal responsibilities, your sole focus will be securing new premium clients and delivering world class experiences that set the standard in professional sports hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute a strategic outbound sales strategy, targeting new business opportunities across all 2026 PLL game markets.
- Sell a diverse portfolio of premium ticketing products to B2B prospects and high net worth individuals.
- Build, manage, and grow a cold lead pipeline with support from an SDR for meeting and prospect sourcing.
- Consistently generate new outbound contacts per week through calls, emails, text messages, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Set and conduct monthly meetings with prospective clients.
- Maintain consistent, professional outbound cadences to maximize touchpoints and conversion.
- Collaborate with the Director & Manager to prioritize markets and strategically target prospects.
- Deliver tailored presentations and proposals to corporate decision-makers, high-net-worth individuals, and group buyers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions in CRM software.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly new business revenue goals.
- Represent the PLL at events, meetings, and networking functions to generate leads and foster relationships.

Requirements/Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of professional sales experience, preferably in premium seating, sports hospitality, or high-end B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound sales metrics and revenue goals.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Strong work ethic, competitive drive, and resilience in high-volume sales environments.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales engagement tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize high-value activities, and stay organized under pressure.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet client needs and attend events.
- Passion for sports, live events, and creating unforgettable experiences for clients.
Compensation:
- $22 - $27 per hour; additional commission and bonus potential earnings not represented in the hourly rate. Commission is uncapped.
- Based on the candidate’s experience, seniority, and location.
- The total compensation package includes Health, Life, Dental, and Vision Insurance, 401(k) plan, Equity Sharing, Mental Health Stipend, Unlimited PTO, and Paid Parental Leave.
