Sponsorship Sales & Activation: Corporate Sponsor
Position Summary/Objective:
 The Sponsorship Coordinator will support the Corporate Partnerships department, with a focus on sales support. Working closely with the SVP – Partnership Marketing and VP – Partnership Sales, this position will manage various projects and tasks that support the success of PBR’s prospects, current partners, and renewals.
The ideal candidate will be motivated to learn, work, and grow in the sports and entertainment industry, have a demonstrated background of independently managing projects with strong attention to detail, and embody the spirit of teamwork.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support SVP – Partnership Marketing, VP – Partnership Sales, and Corporate Partnerships department
  • Function as an in-office extension of, be an advocate for, and support the PBR Sales team
  • Own and manage internal and external databases and tracking documents, including PBR’s CRM system, asset management system, and cost analysis documents
  • Collaborate with Endeavor Global Insights department to secure, analyze, and report targeted research data
  • Create, design, customize, and update sales presentations
  • Draft partner contracts, working closely with PBR Sales team, PBR Legal, and Endeavor Legal
  • Create high-impact case studies highlighting successful partnerships
  • Maintain current and historical catalogue of PBR sales materials
  • Coordinate shipping/delivery of local sponsor marketing materials
  • Assist in preparation of mid-year and end-of-year national sponsorship reports
  • Assist in preparation of ongoing local and regional sponsorship reports
  • Work cross-functionally within PBR, and across other Endeavor businesses, to help deliver value to partners
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of PBR and partner businesses, becoming an expert in both
  • Other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Ability to simultaneously manage multiple priorities
  • Self-sufficient, proactive, and solutions oriented
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Office software – Excel, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word
  • Exceptional presentation creation skills – PowerPoint or KeyNote
Education & Formal Training:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Sports Management, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, partnership marketing, sponsorship, or marketing in the sports and entertainment industry
  • Demonstrated research experience
Working Conditions:
  • Normal office hours Monday-Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
  • Ability to travel as required
  • Position is located in Pueblo, Colorado
