Position Summary/Objective:

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, creative, tactical self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment. This individual should have at least 1-3 years of experience in VIP and/or hospitality services, sales, marketing, and logistical implementation and execution.

This individual will have significant impact in helping to grow the Premium Sales Department and driving profitable revenues. The Premium Sales & Hospitality Coordinator will have oversight and responsibility for helping to build out the ultimate VIP experience for PBR Fans and Sponsors and will be tasked with developing, planning, organizing, executing, and working with a team to achieve PBR’s objective of driving profitable growth.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic oversight and leadership of PBR’s Premium and VIP Sales Department with the goals of maximizing PBR’s revenue and profitability, enhancing B2C and B2C event experience and effectively implementing and/or refining all new and existing programs, processes and procedures 
  • Increase profitability for division as well as meet/exceed budget expectations
  • Effectively source and manage 3rd party partners or agencies
  • Coordinate on-site logistics with PBR tour operations and venue event coordinators to ensure seamless experience for fans.
  • Ensure operational efficiencies and flawless execution for all program elements
  • Evaluation of all aspects of premium and VIP programs including but not limited to: superior guest experience, product demand and pricing, P&L, program margin, system operations, marketing, advertising, promotion, sponsorship and sales, surveys, non-traditional revenue and third-party partners
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a superior experience for all PBR consumers
  • Lead and work cross divisionally with internal teams (including Sales, Creative, Digital and Social Media, Public Relations, Special Events, TV, Loyalty Marketing, Ticketing, Merchandise, and Finance/Accounting) to ensure maximization of internal resources for Premium and VIP marketing and sales campaigns
  • Work with Sponsorship and Ticketing Operations Departments as well as PBR Corporate Clients to effectively and efficiently deliver all VIP partner ticket obligations as well as implement proper procedures and processes for PBR’s pre-event Partner Reception Parties
  • Maintain accurate financials and conduct settlements where appropriate
  • Work with and book PBR athletes, hosts and entertainers.

Education & Formal Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, Sports Management, or related field - preferred

Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience in ticket sales, in sports and entertainment industry

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office hours Monday-Friday (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed
  • Ability to travel as required
  • The position is in Fort Worth, Texas
