The Role and What You’ll Do:
The CRM/Data Generalist is a critical support partner to the PBR Ticketing team. This role ensures the ticketing team has the data, tools, and qualified leads needed to maximize outreach and revenue. This person will analyze PBR fan/ticket buyer data to provide insights to ticketing/marketing teams to drive revenue. This role will also analyze data to support viewership of PBR properties. Acting as the operational backbone of the team, this person manages reporting, analyzes performance metrics, sources new sales opportunities, and streamlines processes. This role will manage relationship with AI/marketing automation partners under the direction of the VP, Ticket Sales and Service. The ideal candidate will have experience managing customer databases, optimizing ticketing services, data analysis/visualization and leveraging CRM tools such as Salesforce to improve audience insights and sales performance.
- Maintain and manage the ticket sales CRM/database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
- Analyze consumer-behavior data to identify fan segments, monitor brand health, and uncover growth opportunities, within the ticketing/broadcast categories.
- Collaborate with ticketing, marketing, etc. on data-driven initiatives that improve fan engagement and business outcomes.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track sales activity, pipeline progress, and team performance.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations that help drive sales strategy and decision-making.
- Source and qualify new leads through database research, event attendance records, and market analysis.
- Distribute leads strategically across the sales team to maximize conversion potential.
- Monitor lead follow-up and assist in developing strategies to improve close rates.
- Partner with Ticket Sales & Service leadership to align sales goals, campaigns, and priorities.
- Support Account Executives with sales tools, call lists, and campaign tracking to increase productivity.
- Coordinate sales initiatives and ensure execution is consistent across the team.
- Evaluate and enhance sales processes to remove barriers and improve workflow.
- Develop dashboards, trackers, and reports to simplify rep activity and performance monitoring.
- Partner with leadership on forecasting, incentive tracking, and campaign success measurement.
You Have These:
- Strong proficiency with CRM/database systems (Preferably Archtics and Salesforce) and marketing automation tools.
- Experience with data manipulation/analysis.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Collaborative team player, adaptable across divisions and functions
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sports Management, or a related field – preferred.
- 3+ years of relevant experience in sales operations, ticket sales, CRM management, or a related revenue role (sports/entertainment industry experience strongly preferred).
