The Sponsor Fulfillment Coordinator plays a key role in executing contractual obligations for PBR partners, serving as both a customer-facing representative and behind-the-scenes support. This position is instrumental in ensuring seamless sponsorship activation at PBR-sanctioned events, providing first-class client service, and maintaining accurate and consistent event execution.
- Collaborate with Partnership Marketing Team to fulfill partner event activations.
- Oversee arena signage setup, maintenance, and inventory to ensure proper partner representation.
- Coordinate in-arena sponsorship elements, including promotions and activations.
- Organize and facilitate giveaways, competitions, and fan engagement activities.
- Track and manage promotional material distribution and inventory.
- Support the execution of peripheral ancillary events.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to partners.
- Contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of the PBR sponsorship fulfillment program.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience operating heavy machinery (e.g., forklift, skid steer) preferred but not required
- Familiarity with basic construction tools (e.g., power drill, hammer, wire snips).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with partners and event staff.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in fast-paced event environments.
- Time management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple sponsorship activations efficiently
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable with prolonged standing, walking, and working in outdoor environments.
- Ability to travel frequently and work long hours during event weekends.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
You Have These:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university preferred.
- Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) preferred.
- Experience in professional or collegiate sports, leagues, or federations preferred.
- Experience in customer service, promotions, or client relations is a plus.
