Position Summary/Objective:

The Coordinator, Partnership Marketing will play a key role in supporting the Partnership Marketing Team. The Partnership Marketing Coordinator supports all partnership account activities and assists with the creation, development and execution of partner initiatives and events. The position assists with account management, activation-related details and planning and collaborating with different departments to help implement customized partnership objectives.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a passion for the sports and entertainment industry. They should have experience managing multiple projects independently and thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Effectively contributes during on-boarding and weekly check-in calls with partners, which includes weekly agenda and recap note assistance
  • Creates and assists with the overall management of Account Plans by tracking assets, updating in time for month-end progress check-ins, liaise with internal team members and other departments on current asset delivery
  • Input prospect and partner sales data into CRM
  • Facilitate communication and organization between the Corporate Partnerships, Legal and Finance Teams
  • Assists with In-Arena and Retail creative and execution by collecting partner artwork details, submitting according to internal deadlines and approving final buildouts 
  • Assists with collecting all Broadcast and live-event assets in advance of each event
  • Assists with the routing of all partner static and video buildouts to event production team for approval
  • Distribute PBR communications, tour and event schedules and other important newsletters to partners
  • Assists with scheduling rider appearances/initiatives with Rider Liaison and coordinating payments
  • Travels to select events to assist the Partnership Marketing team on-site
  • Works with the Digital/Social team to monitor and track partner online deliverables, which include digital media, social and content
  • Manages sponsor contracted tickets, premium hospitality and ticket banks
  • Coordinates sponsor initiatives such as Fan Fests and hospitality events
  • Works closely with other departments on key company initiatives and partner participation (i.e., Last Cowboy Standing, Kid Rock’s Rock N’ Rodeo, etc.)
  • Oversee the development of Partner Event and Annual Recaps
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of PBR, the PBR Sales Process, and partner/prospect businesses to become an expert in all areas.
  • Other projects and duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively engage a wide range of stakeholders.
  • A collaborative and professional demeanor, maintaining a positive attitude in all situations.

Education & Formal Training:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, Event Management, Marketing or a related field – preferred.

Experience:

  • 1 plus year of relative work experience in partnership marketing, sponsorship or marketing in sports and entertainment industry.
  • Western Sports, Live Event, or Player Ops background is desired with a strong passion for Professional Bull Riding and an understanding of the sport.

Working Conditions:

  • Normal office hours Monday-Friday.
  • Overtime, weekends and travel may be required.
  • Must be able work out of the PBR Fort Worth Office.
