The Human Resources Assistant will support the benefits team by performing the following duties:
- Answering phone calls
- Responding to emails
- Provide customer service support to employees, assisting them with questions and directing them to the appropriate person or resource.
- Assist Benefits Analyst with audits relating to monthly billing.
- Responsible for conducting audits of benefits data across multiple platforms. (Comparing data between systems, no benefits knowledge required).
- Assisting Benefits Director and Benefits Analyst with projects as needed.
