Job Overview:
General maintenance positions exist at Saratoga Race Course for the season. Opportunities to work from April 1st to November 30, 2024.
Essential Functions:
Job duties may include the following:
- Raking
- Mowing
- Stall Mucking
- String Trimming
- Garbage removal
- General maintenance of the barn areas
Qualifications:
- Must be 16 years of age or older with valid working papers
- Ability to become licensed by the NY State Gaming Commission
- Ability to work outdoors in old types of weather
- Enthusiastic and ability to work in a diverse and fast paced work force
- Team Player
Summary of Physical Requirements and Work Environment:
This is a physical role and requires the employee to walk, climb, stand, stoop, carry materials, kneel and bend at the waist. The ability to lift over 50 lbs may be required.
Pay Range / Salary: 16.00 to 25.00
