The San Diego Seals are a professional lacrosse team competing in the National Lacrosse League (NLL). We are committed to delivering unforgettable game-day experiences, engaging content, and building a strong connection with our fans both in the arena and online.

Position Summary
We are seeking a creative, motivated Part-Time Video Content Producer to join our marketing team. This role will be responsible for creating engaging video content that highlights the excitement of Seals lacrosse, promotes ticket sales, strengthens partnerships, showcases our players, and builds the team’s brand across digital platforms.
This is a part-time role with flexible hours, requiring availability for home games, select practices, community events, and occasional weekday shoots.

Key Responsibilities
• Film, edit, and produce short-form and long-form video content for social media, website, and promotional campaigns.
• Capture dynamic content on game days, including behind-the-scenes footage, fan engagement, and in-game highlights.
• Collaborate with marketing, social media, and creative staff to execute content strategies that drive fan engagement and ticket sales.
• Organize and maintain video assets for easy access and long-term use.
• Stay up-to-date with video trends, social-first content, and emerging platforms.
• Deliver quick-turnaround edits for same-day or next-day publishing.

Qualifications
• 1–3 years of experience in video production, preferably in sports or entertainment.
• Strong skills in video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in camera operation, lighting, and sound.
• Knowledge of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X/Twitter, Facebook) and their best practices for video content.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for storytelling and brand voice.
• Flexible schedule with ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the season.

Preferred Skills
• Experience with motion graphics and animation.
• Familiarity with photography as a secondary skill.
• Knowledge of lacrosse or other professional sports.
