- Serve as the primary contact and conductor for the in-arena entertainment experience
- Produce all game presentation documents for each game including Run of Show, PA Script, LED Schedule, Timing Sheet and other support documents
- Serve as show producer for all home games
- Maintain in-game feature inventory to build overall in-arena show
- Track sponsor inventory and fulfillment of game related activations, while also providing creative ideation for partner pitches
- Responsible for booking all live entertainment for Seals games including half-time acts, national anthems and pre-game ceremonial entertainment
- Assist in theme night and extended arena entertainment planning and logistics in service of overall gameday experience
- Assist in direction of the Sirens dance team, including appearance scheduling, payroll and administrative duties
- Supervise game presentation staffs including production assistants, mascot, DJ, PA Announcer, Host & operational staffs
- Coordinate arena vendors including special effects and lighting,
- Assist video department with media management
- Provide ideation for in-arena entertainment and social media content
- Duties as assigned
- Some travel required
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in sports game presentation preferred
- Game producer/show caller experience a plus
- Strong organizational skills
- Flexible schedule – ability to work nights, weekends and holidays
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Premier, Photoshop) a plus
