We are looking for qualified & highly motivated individuals who are interested in the sports profession to join our team of Gameday Statisticians for the upcoming season. Working closely in a 8-10 person team during our 9 regular season home games at Pechanga Arena, you'll receive hands on experience in a professional sports environment by keeping track of important player and team statistics. In-person and remote trainings are offered in advance of the Home Opener to teach you the sport of lacrosse!
Job Responsibilities:
- Arrive at the Home game location (Pechanga Arena) at least two hours prior to game time
- Update rosters for each team before matchup
- Set up all pre-game information for both teams
- Record all game statistics
- Shots, Saves, Loose Balls, Turnovers, Penalties, Faceoffs
- Enter all game statistics into League computer programs/databases
- Provide statistical updates for coaches, commentators & announcers each quarter
- Distribute information to coaches, media & scouts following the game
Minimum Qualifications:
- Knowledge of game rules & statistics
- Proficient keyboarding skills
- Legible handwriting
- Reliable transportation
